HLP NOW (“HLP ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information collected through our website, technology, and services (the “Platform”). Scope of this Policy

This Policy covers information collected through the HLP NOW Platform. It does not cover the independent privacy practices of participating treatment providers, facilities, or other third-party sites we link to.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact details: name, email, and phone number.
  • Account and login information, and organizational or professional details for facility and provider users.
  • Inquiry and lead information, including the nature of support being sought and follow-up/communication history.
  • Insurance or Verification of Benefits (VOB) information, where relevant to an inquiry.
  • Website, device, and cookie data.

 What we do not collect

HLP NOW does not collect or store payment, credit card, debit card, or bank account information, and does not collect or access information from social media accounts.

2. How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide CRM and intake technology.
  • To qualify, organize, and route leads, and match inquiries with relevant providers.
  • To support intake and VOB workflows, and manage follow-ups.
  • To improve platform performance, maintain security, and prevent misuse.
  • To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Sensitive Information & Consent

We do not collect, retain or use any sensitive health information related to behavioural health. We do not use any sensitive information for any advertisement.

4. Healthcare Information

HLP NOW does not process any healthcare-related information on behalf of treatment providers. Where applicable, this information is handled in accordance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, other applicable privacy laws, and our agreements with providers. HLP NOW does not independently create diagnoses or make clinical decisions.

5. AI-Assisted Processing

We may use AI-assisted tools to help organize, qualify, route, and match inquiries. These tools do not provide medical advice or determine treatment eligibility — those decisions remain with providers and qualified professionals.

6. How We Share Information

  • With participating treatment providers, so they can respond to your inquiry.
  • With authorized organizational users and technology or service providers who help us operate the Platform, under confidentiality obligations.
  • With legal authorities when required by law, or to protect the safety of you or others.

Sensitive information is shared only for these authorized purposes and with any consent required by law. We never rent, sell, or trade personal or health-related information for marketing purposes.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to operate the Platform, understand performance, and measure campaign sources. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser or as otherwise required by law; some features may not work as intended if you do.

8. Communications

We may contact you regarding inquiries, consultations, accounts, or requested services. You can stop marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided.

9. Data Security & Retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, and retain it only as long as necessary for business, contractual, security, and legal purposes. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians should supervise their child’s use of the internet and this Platform; HLP NOW disclaims liability for any outcome arising from use of the Platform by a child.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access or correct your information.
  • Delete your information, or withdraw consent to its processing.
  • Opt out of certain data sharing or advertising.
  • Appeal a denied request.
